Sleep Disorders


Currently, inb our society there are many things that can affect our lifestyle. Like activities, studies, friends, work, in others. We should have an organize agenda to be more relaxed. sometimes, we need to finish somothing and it can be a little thing, but but we make a big problem by it. So, there are many sicknesses that can affect us. And for that reason, we must learn to control our lifestyle and not it controls us!
